Survival: Safety and Shelter – Immediate Emergency Support
(this is an 'as needed' step – from the 3 steps)
Survival comes first! If the individual is in an emergency situation where they are not part of any system or government entity or nonprofit that is responsible for helping them with wraparound services – we help the individual with immediate needs to help them be on their feet (like cash and shelter and food – before we can offer services 2 and 3) – after this step – we assign our wellness coordinator and then services 2 and 3 can be given…
