Healthcare Provider and Entrepreneur who is a proven leader with a passionate heart – she oversees program campaign execution and outcomes – oversees our medical director and all medical and clinical advisors. She also oversees the work of the director of campaigns and partnerships (who manages logistics and collaborations.)

Clinical/Mental Health Strategy & Program Innovation – mental health vision, shaping innovative programs, responsible for wellness strategy and educational/program design, a clinical authority while leading the design of the curriculum and implementation, and balances strategic oversight with operational program development responsibility.

As DOPA, Lyle balances internal operations with external visibility and donor/influencer engagement. He works with our creative and finance teams and handles all talent partnerships, corporate partnerships, donor relations, and all things related to impact and development. His strategic leadership spans across fundraising, donor relations, partnerships, and external affairs while still tied to operational oversight. 

In his role, he bridges the organization’s internal leadership with external relationship building, ensuring that A New Era America operates efficiently while expanding its visibility, partnerships, and impact worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination
 •    Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring synergy across all departments and program areas.
 •    Provide executive-level support to the President, including scheduling, logistics, and strategic project coordination.
 •    Streamline workflows, monitor progress of campaigns, and ensure deliverables are met efficiently and on time.
 •    Supervise team leads and program managers, maintaining accountability, productivity, and alignment with the organization’s mission.
 •    Develop internal systems for performance tracking, staff development, and program evaluation.

Fundraising, Advancement & Donor Relations
 •    Lead all fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, grant cultivation, and strategic partnerships.
 •    Manage donor pipelines, track contributions, and create impact and stewardship reports for internal and external stakeholders.
 •    Conduct meetings with high-level donors, investors, and philanthropic partners to sustain long-term engagement.
 •    Drive revenue growth through innovative fundraising strategies, brand collaborations, and corporate partnerships.
 •    Oversee creative campaigns highlighting donor impact, community success stories, and major philanthropic milestones.

Public Affairs & External Engagement
 •    Represent A New Era America in high-profile meetings, community events, media engagements, and public platforms.
 •    Cultivate relationships with influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders to amplify the organization’s reach and advocacy impact.
 •    Develop and implement outreach strategies that engage corporations, foundations, and civic leaders in the organization’s mission.
 •    Partner with communications and creative teams to shape the nonprofit’s public narrative and enhance brand visibility.
 •    Lead strategic PR and public messaging efforts that promote mental health awareness, resilience, and holistic recovery.

Partnerships & Impact Growth
 •    Identify, build, and sustain partnerships with corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies that align with program goals.
 •    Develop collaborative initiatives that expand the organization’s mental health and humanitarian footprint locally and globally.
 •    Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce campaigns showcasing impact, inspiring donor confidence, and driving funding.
 •    Ensure A New Era America is positioned as a thought leader and trusted partner within the fields of mental health, social equity, and disaster recovery.

Program Oversight & Innovation
 •    Oversee the development and delivery of all mental health, youth development, and humanitarian programs.
 •    Collaborate with program directors to ensure evidence-based practices, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
 •    Integrate creative and holistic approaches — including arts, mentorship, and animal-assisted therapy — into program design.
 •    Evaluate program performance, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and report progress to executive leadership and funders.

Leadership & Culture
 •    Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission driven organizational culture.
 •    Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and volunteers, empowering teams to deliver with purpose and integrity.
 •    Serve as a bridge between leadership, staff, and external partners, maintaining open communication and unified vision.
 •    Act as a visible ambassador for the organization’s values of compassion, innovation, and empowerment.

Chief Financial & Compliance Officer 

Our CFCO own money, compliance, and privacy end-to-end. 

Scope & responsibilities:

Finance & stewardship

• Build multi-year financial strategy, cashflow, and reserves; own annual budget and reforecasting.
• Oversee accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, and Form 990 preparation/board review.
• Stand up grants & contracts finance: restricted funds tracking, cost allocation, sub-recipient monitoring, and timely reporting to funders.

Compliance (healthcare + nonprofit)

• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer; co-chair Security with IT (risk analysis, BAAs, breach response, workforce training).
• Implement HHS OIG-aligned compliance program (hotline, investigations, sanctions screening, billing/grant compliance, policy management).

Risk & governance

• Enterprise risk register (clinical, data, financial, reputational) and insurance portfolio (D&O, cyber, malpractice).
• Compliance dashboards for the board; ensure procurement/COI policies and whistleblower protections. 

Revenue integrity

• Partner with Programs & Medical Director on coding/claim integrity (if billing), rate models, and outcome-tied budgets.
• Support Development on grant budgets and donor stewardship reporting—funders increasingly vet financial controls.  

Interfaces with our existing leaders

• President / Ops & Public Affairs: CFCO sets guardrails (policies, controls) so Ops can scale safely.
• Director of Programs & Director of Mental Health Innovation & Impact: cost modeling per cohort, unit economics, ROI of interventions.
• Medical Director: clinical compliance, credentialing oversight, incident/breach coordination.
• Advocacy & External Strategy + Head of Content & Storytelling: compliant data use, gift-acceptance policies, donor and participant privacy.
• Development/Philanthropy Team: Coordinates with team on major gifts, corporate/foundation, partnerships.
