Basic Needs + Survival: Safety and Shelter
(this is an 'as needed' phase)
Survival comes first! If the individual is in an emergency situation where they are not part of any system or government entity or nonprofit that is responsible for helping them with wraparound services, we help the individual with immediate needs to help them stand on their feet (like cash, shelter, food, survival resources, safety planning,, emotional first aid, and more) before we proceed to offer phases 2 and 3. After this phase, the assigned wellness coordinator proceeds with the services within phases 2 and 3.
